4 on 4 off daytime schedule 

 Responsible for the daily scheduling of company resources to meet customer requirements, focusing on maximizing payload, revenue miles, utility and profitability in a safe manner.  Primary point of contact for the day-to-day customer ordering and scheduling. 

• Advanced communication and managerial skills 
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision 
• Experience in bulk and/or hazardous commodities is desirable 
• Experience in computerized environment 

• Coordinate the daily assignment of company resources to maximize equipment utility and payload while maintaining a high level of customer service 
• Coordinate the servicing and inspection of branch equipment daily with the shop personnel 
• Assign the proper equipment for the jurisdiction and the job requirements 
• Coordinate equipment and drivers between branches to maximize utility and revenue miles and minimize empty miles and layover time 
• Primary point of contact for the day-to-day customer ordering and scheduling 
• Interface with sales personnel on rate quotations made to customer 
• Strong ability for sales orientation 
• Find back haul opportunities
