This role reports to the Director, People Partners, collaborates heavily with the Advisor, Labor Relations, and acts as a trusted advisor on matters related to collective bargaining, compliance with labor laws, grievance handling, and maintaining strong relationships between the company and employees. You will be responsible for advising the company on labor-related issues, handling employee relations concerns, and working closely with both management and union and association representatives.
