This role reports to Director, Lead to Cash and interacts with management, internal departments, operating branches, and front-line managers.

Responsibilities

• Participate in process design sessions with business and technical subject matter experts, translating outcomes into process and workflow documentation.

• Perform change management activities related to Lead to Cash initiatives, including supporting effective communication with impacted stakeholders, and roll-out and sustainment of change adoption measurement and metrics.

• Support implementation of strategic structural changes to ensure business services are delivered.

• Participate in on-boarding of strategic tasks for the operations teams.

• Investigate existing standard operating practices and recommend improvements to enhance company performance.

• Assist with training in existing, revised or new standard operating practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of Lead to Cash initiatives.

• Work directly with IT development teams to sustain and develop versions of current products/software for best practice use.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to business processes and performance.

• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Completed post-secondary education in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role; preferably within a consulting or corporate environment; supply chain or transportation-specific industry experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, business process improvement, project management and change management.
