• Within a trucking and transportation industry environment, build, develop, test, and maintain EDI ANSI X12 integration solutions to automate business processes and transactions including: 204 Motor Carrier Load Tenders, 997 Functional Acknowledgement, 990 Load Tender Response, 214 Shipment Status, 210 Moto Carrier Freight Details 
• Invoice by using SQL, Cleo Integration Cloud Studio, Kleinschmidt, and Trimble TMS Systems.
• Develop and maintain customized EDI specifications, EDI mapping, and EDI configurations based on customer requests by using Cleo Integration Cloud Studio, Kleinschmidt VAN, and Trimble TMS Systems.
• Work closely with customers and vendors to gather and understand their EDI/API integration requirements to build professional and robust solutions for data integration and automation.
• Build, test, and develop EDI/API connections and communications with REST APIs, standard VAN-based EDI, AS2, FTP, SFTP, HTTPs, and web services.
• Design, build, test, and maintain API data pipelines that automatically collect, transform, clean, and transmit internal data from on-premises database to target API endpoints through AS2/FTP/SFTP/HTTPs protocol for end-users to track real-time shipment status by using SQL, XML, JSON, PowerShell, Python, C#, and Control-M.
• Develop, build, test, and maintain various ETL processes that generate, extract, insert, update, and re-organize different types of data including EDI ANSI X12 files, Flat files, XML, JSON, CSV, PDF from multiple data sources and loaded to different target endpoints including on-premises database, AWS S3 buckets, and 3rd party applications by using SQL, PowerShell, Python, AWS CLI, and C#.
• Design and create data flows that automatically detect and calculate geo-spatial live data to generate real-time shipment events by using Haversine formula in SQL script, significantly improved on-time delivery and tracking performance.
• Perform deep-dive and root cause analysis to troubleshoot API/EDI issues and requests by fully understanding company platform architecture and using industry domain knowledge and technical skills to deliver timely, accurate, and professional technical support.
• Work directly with customers and end users to create and provide various ad-hoc reports and data points to deliver timely and accurate business support and insights using SQL, PowerShell, and Power BI (DAX).
• Design and perform system documentation including detailed illustration of data flow and process, use-cases, testing results, and technical requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field of study.

One (1) year related experience as a Data Analyst or related occupation.

Experience is required and must include:

• Handling data conversion/cleansing

• Performing batch/real-time data processes and ETLs

• Handling data reconciliation control/reporting

• Utilizing advanced SQL query writing/tracing/tuning skills

• Utilizing Microsoft SSIS/SSRS/SSAS
