As a vital member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our branch. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, be proficient in office management, and have a keen eye for detail.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing the branch administrative support staff and effectively organizing their activities in support of the truck line.

• Experience in office administration
• Working knowledge in TMW, TMT, Cleaning System, and HRIS System.
• Comprehension of basic accounting procedures
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in windows, excel, power point
• Ability to work under pressure and timelines.
• Strong interpersonal and problem resolution skills
• Possesses and demonstrates the ability to perform assigned tasks in a manner that adheres to the company's Safety, Health, Environmental and Security policies.

• Planning, scheduling, overseeing, regulating and executing the day-to-day processes at the branch as it relates to branch administration, onboarding, recruiting, etc.
• Develop/prepare plans, programs, schedules and complete reports as it relates to onboarding, recruiting, etc.
• Assist with new hire orientation and on boarding process for all new hires
• Accountable for developing and maintaining an environment that adheres to all Trimac policies and PPTW initiatives.
• Punctual and regular physical attendance is a minimum requirement of this position
• Serve as a key point of contat for drivers, building strong relationships, addressing inquiries, and providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth branch operations.
• Maintain effective communication between drivers, operations, and leadership teams, helping to resolve issues, coordinate information, and support a positive driver experience.
   

   

• High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or a related field are a plus.
• 2+ years of proven experience in administrative roles.
